The German ATM-System complies with the requirements of the SCR (SEPA Cards Framework) of the EPC (European Payments Council) on all points and is therefore altogether compatible with SEPA. Neither the participation in the German ATM-System nor the operating are nationally limited, both options are open for participants of other European countries.
